Paired Whisky Dinner: Adelphi X Ardnamurchan

Join us at the world-famous Dornoch Castle Hotel for a five-course whisky dinner featuring a fantastic line-up from Adelphi and Ardnamurchan. You’ll be welcomed with a glass of champagne, then taken through a menu where each course is paired with a dram chosen to bring out the best in both the food and the whisky.

Expect rich flavours, thoughtful pairings, and the chance to explore the character of Adelphi’s remarkable casks alongside Ardnamurchan’s fresh and distinctive style. All set within the historic charm of one of Dornoch’s most iconic venues.
