Beginners Tasting

Let’s get you started for the Dornoch Whisky Festival! This beginner-friendly tasting includes four drams and will walk you through the basics of whisky ahead of the weekend and the Grand Tasting on Saturday. Learn how wood shapes the flavour, how peat plays its part, and why age really is just a number.

Water, ice and mixers will be available. We’re big believers in enjoying your whisky the way you like it, not how someone else says it should be drunk.
