Join Jamie, the legendary bar manager of the equally iconic Dornoch Castle Whisky Bar, for a tasting that always keeps us on our toes. Last year he brought us the fantastic, sold-out (and needed to add more seats) Peatza Tasting. This year, he’s keeping schtum on what he’s planning, but if last year’s anything to go by, it’ll be well worth turning up for.
