To celebrate the founding of the elegant Station Hotel in 1902 and its recent purchase by Marine & Lawn in 2022, this tasting offers a journey through the evolution of the Scottish whisky industry with six carefully selected drams.

We’ll savour whiskies spanning from 22 years before the hotel’s doors first opened to 22 years into the new millennium, marking the arrival of its new custodians. Together, we’ll reflect on what the next 22 years might hold for the Station, the whisky world, and the Dornoch Whisky Festival.
